approach

My practice is attentive to relationships — relationships with oneself, with community and collective, with the seen and unseen, with our human and more-than-human kin. In many traditional and Indigenous approaches to health and healing, the root cause of dis-ease in the individual or the collective often stems from being out of right-relationship.

My approach to working with clients takes into account the network of beings — the web of relationships — that we are all necessarily a part of. Working from this ground, and calling on the modalities below, I seek to support the emergence of health in the individual and the collective, so that we might all experience better health as part of, and not separate from, a vast network of relationships that both includes and extends far beyond the human.

practices

SourcePoint Therapy

SourcePoint supports the emergence of health at all levels by working with the underlying structures of the body to connect you to your innate capacity for experiencing health. It is a gentle and non-invasive practice that addresses blockages and facilitates the flow of information with the blueprint for health.

BodyTalk

BodyTalk provides insights to the areas of your body that need attention, respecting the body's own needs and priorities for healing. Through the use of a variety of non-invasive techniques, Bodytalk refocuses your body's natural healing response to establish better balance, synchronization, and communication within the body.

who is this for?

SourcePoint and BodyTalk support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health — health on all levels. Each of these modalities takes a (w)holistic approach — addressing the whole body and the whole system, supporting the health of the individual and the collective.

If you are experiencing any 'dis-ease' (lack of ease, comfort, or flow, as well as the more conventional sense of manifest symptoms) at any of these levels, these modalities can work to bring greater order, balance, harmony, and flow to your system, so that you can experience greater health within yourself and your network of relations.

These modalities are a complement to conventional healthcare, and at any point I may recommend that you see an appropriate healthcare practitioner.

exchange

While most people will feel a shift after one session, the greatest benefit of this work is felt cumulatively, over time, with on-going care. When on-going, this work can then become preventative care — addressing issues well in advance of emergency or crisis.

As such, I have two separate rates: one for individual one-off sessions, and one for on-going work.

At this time, the exchange for single sessions is $65, while a series of three sessions is $165. Sliding scale is available — please reach out, and I’m happy to discuss a plan that best suits you at this time.
